I wrote before about unattended children in the children's ward. The situation has slightly improved but remains unresolved. There are still no nannies at night on weekdays, children are periodically supervised by nurses at night, performing the duties of a nanny without being paid for their work, which requires precision, leaving the background in the background, thus risking the lives of 186 grandparents! It seems that in this institution, the management spit on the safety, life and quality of care of clients - the main thing is to ECONOMY. Certified nurses are not evaluated and are overburdened with side responsibilities.
