I needed to get an osteoperosis exam and infusion. Ended up finding and endocronoglist on my own. It has been 3 months and my El Rio records have not been updated. I have written inquiries about my records to no avail. User’s recommendation: check your medical records with El Rio.
I have M.S. and they’re taking away the only medication that stops my muscle spasms…because I didn’t want a colonoscopy !! They try to sell me a new kind of test everytime I see them… Un necessary testing!! User’s recommendation: Find another Dr…
Due to provider not writing script properly my wife had to go without meds for a week and a half. And is expected to go another three days until filled . Bravo good job.. User’s recommendation: Seek another Medical Group.
When I made an appointment I went over the fees for the services I was told I would need. I called back the day before the appoint ment to confirm the time and location and was given a total different treatment at a much higher cost over what I had been told before.

Poor staff attitude

I was told by medical staff Lori at the prince location that she didnt care about me or my medication and she was tiered of me. Im sure that her title doesnt her allow her to treat me badly
