Pieces of chicken have gotten really small

Why are the pieces of chicken so small now?I noticed this at all pollo locos.I used to get the 3 piece combo and that was sufficient.now I have to get the 4 piece to satisfy me.

Staff is extremely slow in the drive-through and inside the store. It took 10 minutes and me asking on my previous visit can somebody help me before someone came to the register to help me.

Today I sat in their drive-through for over 45 minutes.
