VERY BAD COURIER SERVICE

My order Manifest SM32473**** . on dated 15/08/2021. Despite repeated request, courier boy of your ekart logistics didn’t pickup. What is the problem about to pick up orders. Due to delay pick up lots of my orders were cancelled by customer. Request direct to concern courier branch of Golaghat,Assam-785621 to pick up orders on time.
