I’m totally disgusted with the service I got from Edgars after so much years of complaining and yet I am a loyal customer I feel disrespected and humiliated after complaining so many times and begging them to change my gender what do you do?
Edgars account was paid up to date 29 OCTOBER,phoned from branch they said no extra costs will be added.December 8th a new statement was mailed&costs were added,since then many phone calls to RCS/Edgars& IUA&emails&no results.Have been unemployed since Sep-21&can’t afford to keep account.Don’t know what to do anymore.
