I was charged twice, 2 different amounts upon returning car. Calling the drop off location revealed one charge was gas. Okay. The second they didnt know what it was for. Called the operator on behalf of Baiba, nicely outlined everything, discounts.. without interest credit, and most importantly - all things I am interested in or mattress, bed and bed rails - ARE IN PLACE. I agree, because I will be "processed" for 2 days, and promises delivery within 5 days (not working days, but days). It takes a week - call yourself, and what a surprise - I am informed that the bed is not in place and was not, so wait at least half a second-2 weeks... of course, the order is canceled. delivery time, will customers not count on it?
