Abnormal conversion fee
I bought tickets for a flight to London (Stansted) in July. I refused all additional offers, but in the end I didn't notice the possibility to remove the check box next to the payment card data, which allows Ryanair to convert dollars at its own rate. As a result, I had to pay 33 dollars for nothing! I wrote a complaint, but replied that I myself had agreed to the conversion. THEREFORE, BE CAREFUL WHEN PREPARING THE DATA ON THE PAYMENT CARD!
