Terrible customer service and fake items

Purchased a unit, receive a different one. Looked nothing like what I saw on their website. Contacted them and returned it. They refused to return my money stating item was not returnable. Although I never used the item. I will never use them againDo not purcahse them.. User’s recommendation: Do not purchase anything from them.

Trying to return wig but receiving no response from ebonylone

I received a wig from Ebonyline 2 weeks ago, tomorrow. Unsatisfied with unit after seeing color. They have a return within 7 day policy and I’ve emailed and requested my RMA# as they ask you to do. Didn’t receive my package from Ebonyline

FedEx said they delivered the package and left it outside the apartment building instead of bringing it inside to the apartment my apartment manager check the cameras and there was no package I call Ebonyline they were going to investigate and get back with me I haven’t heard from them
