Have uncleared address from eBay, (address uncleared, т.е. contained some hieroglyphs!) try contact to eBay, by phone, but can’t find any! Just I do not know what to do!

EBay have my money on hold

I sold an item 6 days ago it was paid by PayPal, eBay still have my money on hold the purchaser has completed what he has to do and I have also completed what I have to do I.e. that the item has been collected. I have tried numerous times to search your online links…
