Itella Australia - extremely poor courier service! The same thing has been repeated countless times - shipments from Germany are delivered extremely chaotically, without calling the customer, indefinitely delaying the delivery of shipments, and so on. Regular shipments have the status "could not be delivered", but the courier does not even try to call the customer, even if itella is the customer's phone number. Extremely bad experience with this company! Shipments "disappear", the customer has to pick up himself or "we will deliver again in a week", etc. TT We are convinced once again that if itella is delivered, there will be problems. The status of the shipment will be "could not be delivered", although in reality the courier does not deliver and does not even try to send a text message / call the customer. Amazon. De shipments always arrive on time and without interruption, if they are delivered by other courier companies - as soon as there is itella, it is a problem every time! I do not recommend anyone to use this company's services.
