Fraudsters

I have been your customer for two years. Last week I ordered an additional decoder, which your employees promised to deliver on 05. 02. 2010. tonight your employee called and announced that there were no more decoders. Could be delivered only on 17. 02. 2010. If your company is unable to provide the services previously advertised, I will consider this to be fraudulent in the future!
