Baggage
Not flying for the first time with ryanair but this time I'm furious? When flying to Australia from Belgium, only with hand luggage, as it is not the first time that hand luggage is handed over, I say that I can't because everything is crumbling, very roughly answers that there are no options! Then the question arises as to what to do with hand luggage if you try to hand over... I'm flying in the mood of the holiday spoiled for the whole evening!? Thanks to the ryanair team, think about your luggage policy if there is no space for all your hand luggage don't mislead the people!?
