Took over a month to get a refund from a stalled order.

I never received my first order from Easy Spirit due to a glitch on the order. After finally reaching a representative on the phone, a complete refund was immediately issued. User’s recommendation: Talk to a live rep on Pissed Customer to resolve issues when response stalled online.
