The indigo initiated my Refund Amount 17,256.00 INR on 09/07/2020 to Easemytrip , But from Easemytrip the refund amount not received by yet User’s recommendation: Never Book a ticket from Easemy Trip, very bad services provided by the Easemy Trip………
You keep follow ups about your refund status and they take years to do that. Just imagine if you are a less literate and you don’t have time for follow ups, that’s their jackpot, they never have intentions to pay back the amount User’s recommendation: Please use MMT or goibibo sites for better services.

Very pathetic experience. Easemytrip is not processing the refund for more than 75 days even after receiving the amount from airlines and every time gives a false commitment whenever we call/ email them.
