Fraud or inaction.
You chose this company to refund taxes from the Netherlands. I submitted the documents in January 2019, at the same time as my spouse, who received taxes in June last year. Initially, I explained that I would handle my case manually. Questions that happen to my taxes are answered only by the fact that people in a similar situation even a couple of weeks ago began to receive money.. But nothing is clear about my situation.. Now it's been 2 months of course nothing happens.. For the money I can only dream....
