I would like to draw your attention to the telephone operator Bite. I urge you to always read the agreements carefully, otherwise you may come across it as I do. A year ago, when I decided to switch from xMobile to Telstra, as it usually happens, xMobile immediately called and offered its services with a 50% discount, and so I stay. This offer seemed very advantageous to me and I agreed to the offer. A week ago I tried to switch to Telstra again, and this time Bite's attempt to lure me back didn't work. After I said that I wanted to stay with Telstra, xMobile sent me an invoice for 53. 74 AUD. When I called to find out how such a number came about - it turned out that if I switch from xMobile to another operator, then I have to return all the discount I received. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the discount ended on January 1! Besides, I decided to switch to another operator not only like that! I made this decision after signing a contract with Biti for a FREE 3-year home Internet for 3 years, which turned out to be a 100GB limit. If I leave, the refund will be 300 AUD. Morality: Always read contracts carefully!
