Hello.. It's been seven years and nothing has been done to deal with my situation.! My lessee has registered and continues to register several Ltd. owned by him at my property address, already the number of Ltd. is around six Ltd. and on my request to deregister these Ltd. because I do not have a lease with these Ltd. , but nothing is done. Also, this charming institution LRUR does nothing to help me.. just empty promises to help, but nothing.. I especially want to highlight the lawyer BIKOVSKI of this institution, who confirms that the lessee has the right to register on my land and without the consent of the landowner. How can this be? Am I deprived of control of my own property? There is no clause in the land lease agreement where the lessee's Pty. party would have been given such rights! Why lawyer BIKOVSKIS claims the opposite..! Why public authorities do not help owners, why our national police also do not help in such situations. I also sought help from the Latgale Suburb Police on duty and nothing, no help was followed. nightmare.. so it is allowed to register a pile of Ltd. in another property etc... Please help... The paper situation is that I leased my property plot of land in Melbourne to the lessee and based on this Land lease agreement, the lessee Pty. was allowed in writing to build a temporary building so that the lessee could start his business. So, it is a land lease agreement, the lessee's temporary building, I am engaged in the rental agreement and the tenant written rules also have to fulfill their contractual terms..
