Fraud
Our suitcase is available in the size of 20 × 40 × 25. We had to pay a fine of 25 dollars. This is unacceptable as it is not our fault that the following sizes are allowed on the rynair website. We did everything according to the rules, choosing the right sizes. We stand in line on the plane. Suddenly an employee arrives and asks if we have a priority. We don't, because we have the right sizes. Now we will have to hand over a new suitcase, which will be smashed when it is returned. Plus we lost 25 dollars for nothing.
