Poor online store customer service
27/05/2020 customer basketball hoop. 29/05/2020 dpd courier delivered only part of the basketball hoop - wall mount. The shield was not sent, e-mail notification that the product was delivered in full and delivered by omniva courier!. 29/05/2020 I immediately write to the customer service and additionally call the informant that I have not received the basketball shield. Service responds wait. The next day 30/05/2020 article and call again with the question of when will be the shield - from the service answer again wait for the answer. 01/06/2020 call and article service - answer again, seeker, wait, additional contacts and the person in charge is not named, if I do not want to wait for the carriage to the store. I also received a reply on 02/06/2020 that I was trying to find outwhere is the shield. Very bad attitude on the part of the service and do not want to solve the problem! I do not recommend shopping at ksenukai.com online store!
