Poor service

The pharmacy had about 15 people, but served only one box office, one customer served it for ~ 10 minutes. Another pharmacist was walking through the pharmacy, who did nothing during this period. After 10 minutes, however, it was decided to approach the cash register. After 5 minutes, a third pharmacist came out of the adjoining room, who, as you could see, ate while serving customers. I was in the pharmacy for about 30 minutes and I didn't get it. I find it very unprofessional.
