Poor customer service culture at the cinema
We were at the Cinemon cinema. We were all shocked by the attitude of the young cashiers towards the customer - careless and unkind. As if we were disturbing their lives. I had to pay AUD 3, 20, I gave AUD 5, 20, but the cashier - pulled out the calculator from the drawer and took the calculation of how much to spend. She probably didn't do that well at school with math.
