Sloppy attitude towards work
I wanted to buy a mobile phone on the Internet, I sent an application, I waited for a call for two days, until everything was fine. I was waiting for a text message when I could pick up my cell phone. Time passed and I changed my mind not to take the mobile - 220. US said that he would cancel the leasing of US and all other papers. I think everything will be fine until I got a call from US Leasing and said that the first installment for mobile phones had to be paid. I was shocked, why would I have to pay for a mobile that I don't have at all? this is not the first time that 220. US does not do his job and also forgets about customers.
