Poor service
Simply terrible service. Fee on warranty computer. I waited 3 weeks. Sent the same as the fee. When handing over I indicated that I can't turn it on. I get it and still can't turn it on. It's like a battery. I sent it back. After a while, I get a message that the motherboard and touchpad have changed. OK good. It should work now. I get and nothing. It is still not possible to switch on. That something changed can be seen. Call for service and ask what's up? 2 Times Cannot Repair Your Computer? I get excuses in return that this is not the first complaint, maybe poor quality details are coming, and so on. I am asking for compensation, because everything has been standing still for a long time. The answer is that a claim for compensation will be made to the manufacturer. That means waiting yet. How long is unknown.That's how this computer travels from Quebec to wear countless times and makes no sense. The amount is also not small along which it was purchased. Very low quality work from this service. I definitely don't recommend it.
