Regarding gluco miter warranty

Dear sir, I am having 1 unit of gluco meter purchased 4 year before,now I am facing problem i.e reading is showing wrong values. In the box it was printed life time warranty. Kindly suggest where we can contact to correct the same. Thanks Vinay Mishra 979558****
