Purchase gone bad

Purchased tuner that was programmed for an older model vehicle and they offer no resolution to the problem. This company has very poor customer service. They take days to answer emails and they use the email to give you the run around. User’s recommendation: Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Surprised by negative comments

Everything went smooth, not sure about all the bad reviews maybe I got lucky. UPS has been slower then normal but nothing too crazy. User’s recommendation: Its all good.

Can’t get any response as to my order I placed 3 weeks ago

Ordered a pipe for $582. was sent confirmationFROM they took my Money next day . weeks went by with multiple emails no response Fed Ex has paperwork but no item. I should have look at the reviews. User’s recommendation: do not BUY FROM this company.
