I want to share my sad experience when a shipper-seller from Germany decided to send a shipment worth around 2000 AU$ to DHL. In Australia, the shipment was taken over by itella. At the expected time (beginning of June) I had not received it, by calling the operators I received answers that the shipment could not be found yet but they were looking for it. After waiting a week, I asked the sender to register a complaint about the undelivered parcel to DHL. Another week passed, suddenly on June 19, itella and the DHL tracking page reported that the shipment had been delivered to me on the morning of June 19! In complete confusion, I call itella and here I am told that there was a paper delivery certificate for June 5, which seems to prove the receipt of shipments! Interesting,where was this act before? Why is it in paper form? But now a commonly used electronic device that records time and saves a signature. Since in reality I had not received the shipment and had not signed any paper deeds, I immediately wrote a complaint to itella in Melton. Fee all information about the contents of the shipment, price. I had to wait exactly a whole month. On July 20, I received an official reply, signed by the director of itella, that according to their data, the shipment had been delivered to me, and later sent a long-promised scan of the paper delivery report. The paper act is not filled with my handwriting, the signature is not mine! Although the shipment was also insured, but DHL Germany and the sender see the tracking page as the whole procedure, I can't ask the sender to start the insurance claim process! The reputation of the renamer is completely damaged!In my view, itella deliberately wished to conceal the fact of the loss of the consignment and, at the request of DHL, fabricated a paper deed. Because in a paper act, the difference from an electronic system can put any time and word.
