As if repair
I bought a 220.ca mobile phone in the online store. After a while, the device stopped reading this card and there were problems receiving calls and SMS, and it started showing "error" when calling and sending SMS. It turns out that the partner of this store is also SmartService. I twice returned the phone with a warranty for repair, but received a reply with the following text "No defect found". It happened twice in a row. Of course, the store insulted us that it is we who "invent" some defects and demand a refund. But the service has no evidence that there are no defects, or they don't test anything at all and "invent" it themselves.
