I have returned items 3 weeks ago, I have not revieved any correspondance or a refund please refund. I do not have the order number.
I returned items in April, I’ve provided proof of return multiple times they keep saying that they will refund or look into but I’ve not received the refund and don’t get a response that ever is actually helpful. User’s recommendation: Don’t shop online with DP.

I returned 4 parcels on1 June 2021. I have received a refund for one of the orders but not for the other 3 orders. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from Dorothy Perkins.
