Service under every criticism, stairwells not cleaned on schedule, everything dirty. Despite the tenants' written complaints about the poor quality of cleaning, the manager does not control the cleaning work. Tenants regularly pay for both the cleaning services they have not received and the work they do not manage. The grass is mowed only once a month - a man with a trimmer sniffs the rare dandelions that grow in the mossy sand in 1-2 hours, and this service costs tenants around 55 dollars! The part of the management contract that defines the responsibilities of the manager is completely ignored. Complaints in the form of emails are answered formally and not on the merits. , no annual reports have been received, nor is the general meeting convened.
