Despite the tenants' written complaints about the poor quality of cleaning, the manager does not control the cleaning work. The grass is mowed only once a month - a man with a trimmer sniffs the rare dandelions that grow in the mossy sand in 1-2 hours, and this service costs tenants around 55 dollars!
