Never and under any circumstances enter into any agreements with LLC smart energy. They will cheat you, there will be empty bids all the time, will promise mountains of gold, will ask you to start work before Abbyng the contract, or before paying the advance. Then, when you start working, the advance will be postponed all the time, you will buy the materials for your money, you will work, you will spend resources, but in the end you will not get anything. The company operates throughout UK, mostly in European projects such as the construction of a natural gas plant, the construction of nature trails, recreation areas and observation towers, etc. They don't have any workers themselves, so they look for a subcontractor to pay for the kopecks at all their sites, and in the end they don't pay.
