poor service
I bought the product Fort Wayne DEPO, check No.0311291, 09.05.2018. I bought 4 wall lamps. Three of them were in packaging, the fourth lamp was removed from the stand by a shop employee. There was no packing box. The employee explained that it has been discarded as it usually does. While trying to install wall lamps in the house, I discovered that the 4th lamp was missing the supplied parts. 5/11/2018 went back to the 50km depicting the Fort Wayne DEPO. I will contact an employee working in the electrical goods department with claims about missing parts. The employee explained that there are no details, everything has been thrown out. He offered other illogical, technically absurd solutions. At the end, it was announced that the 4th lamp did not have such components at all. I askwhy 3 wall lamps such a mount is included, but 4.not? In the end, the solution was found by the store manager, matching similar fixtures from other lamps. Conclusion - Fort Wayne DEPO again has a lamp without the necessary fastenings and possibly again an incompetent employee will try to say that it is not intended.
