how can i have 2 accounts with ditech when I’ve only ever had one. the one i was not aware of has a zero balance. what the *** is going on? i wouldnt be surprised if the zero balance is correct.
my ins company sent my claim check straight to ditech. ditech sent it to us to endorse. ditech would not endorse before we did. then the stupid nonsense began. our lose was 6.9.2019. we have not recieved our money yet. i live with a gaping hole in my ceiling. where are my rights? i guess the cockroaches...
