I have not heard any information on my modification based received my completed copy they sent me a letter stating that they would let me know of the outcome and within 30 days and it’s past 30 days so trying to find out what’s going on
They have put a charge off on my account. For a check they lost.

I sold my house after the death of my husband and nine months late am still trying to get my escrow money. I get the same answer every time I call which is the check has been mailed,well guess what nine months later and 20 phone calls and 1o fax request I don’t have a check.
