I canceled my Disney account and I keep getting charged $41 out of my account and I want the money back, and I cannot get in contact with customer service it keeps going to an automatic system
I was charged for being a member when I didn’t prescribe to it & Would like a refund. Thank you.
This is my second time joining the movie club after 10 years the Disney movie club is unlike any thing you can imagine User’s recommendation: I love the Disney movie club.
This is impossible to get out of without getting ripped off. Customer Service will not budge with refunds. It matter not what is going on, cancer, covid, deaths, nothing…..if you have a title over 60 days, that too bad User’s recommendation: stay far away.
I called to get a DVD. And no im not a member. Used to be but they treated me like dirt. I just want one DVD. It’s ok ill take my business to some one else.

I bought mob.tel. in this online store. I bought the phone all cool, delivered on time, it seemed that everything is ok, but then in the first month the phone broke (the other person doesn't hear me during the call), well ok, the electronics remain electronics. When calling office 1a, they indicated where to take the phone under warranty. I took the phone, repaired it under warranty and got it back the same day. Don't go for a month, the phone breaks down again with the same fault, I take it to repair again during the day, it repairs it... but then after about a month the phone breaks down again with the same fault.. Call the 1a office, they say to bring it to the office near them Seaview Street. I delivered the phone to them, I wrote an application to give me the same new phone. A month later, no one calls from office 1a, I call myself, they confirm that the phone is a factory defect, but there is no same phone, so I decided to take money for the value of the phone, I wrote an application for a refund, I sent it to them. I didn't send the money to my account as a solitaire in two weeks, and it's been two months and I'm without money and no phone. I call their info number several times, they always check the information and they call me back, but now I was promised to call me back three times, but no one called me once..., said that after settling everything, gave his mobile phone number so I can call, it takes two weeks and again nothing happens call Raivis again, this one says that after settling everything, but the days go by and nothing happens...IN THE END, EVEN A GREAT MANAGER ON BEHALF OF RAIVIS DOES NOT CARRY THE PHONE EVEN IS IT SERIOUSLY.... money... My goods acceptance act no. 2020-1430BE CAREFULLY AND ADVICE NOT TO MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH 1A CANTOR..... THEY ARE NOT A REALLY SERIOUS CANTOR...
