I find it appalling that a Medical Aid can force a pensioner, who is struggling to come out each month, to have to pay for a Doctors appointment, when all they require, as dictated by the medical aid, is a copy of their current prescription. Toll phone insurance repair had a cracked screen. You had to contact the service yourself during the repair because the news didn't work. On the second day after the repair, I got information by calling people that I could barely hear me. At first I thought that the cap covered something (either small), I took it out than. I checked myself by calling another phone on my own. Now I'm thinking what to do, time will have to pass again...
