Claim denied.

Dental claim 5/30/20 denied because ac use they demand EOB. Insurance says EOB not available until 6/30. Discovery cut my account off with no notice on 6/10. Sent them substantiation statement from dentist. They still demand EOB. User’s recommendation: Lobby your employer to drop Discovery Benefits.

Poor quality service
