some one from 2001-**** used our name and info to get a credit card. I want this resolved , it was not us

Good Bank

Direct Merchant bank was the only bank that gave a credit card, which I was very happy about. I have no problem with them and grateful for them taking a chance on me.

Replacement mastercard

I misplaced my direct merchants card mastercard/ Debit, I do not remember the card number but I am ready to answer all qualifying questions to confirm my identity. I would be grateful if you could direct me to the department that deals with lost Debit card. My SSI is paid to that account.
