Another similar complaint. I have tried to track it down through AMEX, but without success – they said that it was probably for Norton, but I pay them directly, so it wasn't for them. The details were: Dec 9 2011, $169.90 (NZD) and same date $19.95. If anything can be tracked, I would be most appreciative! Thanks.
