Unable to get answers about retrieving activation code

I purchased “Wondershare AllMyTube for Windows” and received an e-mail from “share-it! Notification” with a link to retrieve the registration/activation code. Had the audacity to assume I wanted to use their online security…WRONG!

I was not contacted in advance about using their services for another year. Not one email, nothing. The only thing I received was an email AFTER they had charged my card for over $65. I am annually billed via American Express for something costing $59.99. What it is Ive no idea. The mailing address you use changed NINE years ago! Please stop billing me. Have no idea

Received a message saying they couldn’t help me. I contacted my bank who assisted me and they said they had received numerous complaints about Digital River which the bank is trying to rectify. User’s recommendation: Go straight to your bank for help. Digital River are useless.
