Unable to get answers about retrieving activation code

I purchased “Wondershare AllMyTube for Windows” and received an e-mail from “share-it! Notification” with a link to retrieve the registration/activation code. When I access the link it asks for either my order number or e-mail in order to obtain the activation code. I tried both and received error messages with both. Unable to find help from any... Had the audacity to assume I wanted to use their online security…WRONG!

I was not contacted in advance about using their services for another year. Not one email, nothing. The only thing I received was an email AFTER they had charged my card for over $65. Will be filing a case with my credit card company, unsubscribing and then signing up with a more reputable and less costly company.... Read more ➤
