Renewed a Program I Want Renewed

Got a E-mail saying my subscription was renewed, I don’t want it renew. They do not have a easy way to cancel. I feel like they are taking vantage of and many others. Think I have been screwed be them more once. User’s recommendation: Be carfule singing up for automatic renew with this company.
