Now, at the end of the closure, we have paid a smaller fine, we are talking to Oceancom on the phone about everything that is needed for the closure. We asked if there is anything to file in return, say, in the white box you installed. We ask if anything else, no, just a box, no wires needed. Of course, we went to Oceancom, gave a box, and immediately opposite: a where the cord? How do you feel about the box working wirelessly? How can you put a box without a cord? The attitude is terrible, I say, as nothing was said on the phone, he said exactly that wires are definitely not needed, and again we are blamed for how we do not understand that a box without a cord does not work, and so on. This conversation continued, and the employee was not polite at any time during the whole conversation, did not explain anything calmly at any time, only continued to aggressively accuse us that we did not understand anything.
