Poor service
My down jacket was damaged... Punctured hole in front and all buttons around nylon beaten jerky... Down is coming in the field... I have never had it in the washing machine... Never ... The question is in what degrees Irve washes? 90 tc? I wrote and filed a complaint, but the woman who accepted immediately asked me what I wanted and that I could not expect compensation, very encouraging service. The jacket was expensive and even 10 times the cleaning compensation would not cover the cost of the jacket... I will wait for a message from Irve... I want to see how my case will be solved.
