Insulting and humiliating

Hello yesterday at about 22. 40 an ambulance with 151 numbers arrived on call. The 1st doctor's assistant was wrong against the people who called the ambulance down. The woman was taken under the influence of alcohol. When a man asked questions while receiving answers, the callers were humiliated
