Poor service
I bought the product in the online store with FedEx courier delivery at the parcel terminal, tracking the product shows that on 11. 12. 2020 the product was given to the courier and 15. 12. 2020 indicates that the goods have been delivered to the transhipment point and are still there. When trying to call the customer service center I am ignored, the first time the call is simply dropped the handset, the next time the call is offered to connect to the operator and after 10 minutes the connection is still not, within 3 days it also failed to call them. I am also ignored in writing when writing an email to find out exactly where the product is and when it will be possible to receive it, there are no answers either.
