Ticked off!!!

Imagine waiting more than 40 minutes to get through to their customer service??? Then imagine finding out they sent a $30K cheque by REGULAR mail (not courier, not even registered mail???), and you’re just left hanging while your money sits in THEIR account making interest for over 2 weeks, and still waiting…!
