Where is my stuff??

I ordered 3 items on 11/26 and was told I would receive it by 12/10 for Christmas. It finally shipped on 12/18 and I do not have it for Christmas. There are 3 people that will not receive presents. There was no tracking number provided.

I have been trying to get my refund since March 24. That’s when the post office confirmed my return was received.

No one from the company will actually contact me. I have sent multiple emails and a couple of messages. I just get automatic responses. User’s recommendation: I do not recommend using this company until they get better management.

I mailed my return to your come. Post office said it was delivered on March 24th. I have emailed and message your company multiple times. On the 15 th of April I was told your company never received my return. I emailed photo with tracking number the same day. I have never heard back for your company.... Read more➤
