Misleading customers
In April, as a regular VIASTA customer, I was offered a free telephone decoder to get an additional decoder. Of course, realizing that nothing has been asked for free or is it really free and what are the sanctions if I want to give it up. To which I was told that I would be able to return the receiver at any time and there would be no sanctions. Of course now that I have decided it turns out that the sanctions are... ok the culprit himself did not read the whole contract... but still deceived me by phone. All viasat conversations are being recorded, now I have requested this phone record here to prove my truth. But I do not want to end with that, I want all the deceived viasat to refer to this report. and a set of organized massive Internet campaigns against viasat. There are people we can address and ask to be disconnected from this service provider as well as think if we gather a large enough crowd Oceankoms or Izzi will give more money to push this competitor underwater.
