After I answered the call back Twice after waiting 4 hours, I was immediately disconnected. I’ve been trying to book a flight since 9 oclock this morning with no luck. I tried to book the flight online with no luck.
My cruise is cancelled so I can’t use the Delta Vacation I built around it. They want to charge me a cancellation fee. I have tried 14 times to contact them. Either the phone just rings, or on hold for 1.5 hours+. Sent an email, no one has responded. User’s recommendation: Don’t book a Delta Vacations package.
