Terrible attitude, poor service, inadequate staff.
Yesterday, April 10, 2019, plks. At night we went to Āgenskalns Phoenix with a friend. Neither the security guard nor the bartender said goodbye. Sitting down at the vending machines right next to the bar, a friend was playing, I was sitting next to me and watching how I was doing with the idea of entering the big hall later and also throwing in a dagger. The bartender did not offer anything, although there were baskets near us. I went to the big hall to smoke. When I came back, the guard came and with puffy eyes began to bubble furiously and in an unkind tone for some reason if I didn't play I had poured cigarette ash into an ashtray and was not back in place fully pushed the chair. I saw something like that for the first time. It's nothing that I'm with a friend who plays. We started arguing. He went in high tones and the guard behaved like a real gopñik. The bartender did not correct the security guard with his other hall worker, but joined him. I will never go to that shit office again. The service and attitude in the phoenix is always bad but I haven't experienced anything like that before.
