Greetings not received!
... yes, I know that complaints about mail and its services are nothing new! but since there is no analogous institution where to apply for the relevant services (subscriptions to magazines / newspapers, sending letters, etc. ), then you still have to use the services of Australian Post! and disappoint once! they probably vnk use their monopoly position... yes I already understand, low salaries, employees laid off.. utt... etc.. as already everywhere... what to do if on December 17 I sent to friends and relatives in different cities of Australia Christmas greetings, but some haven't received them so far? (Everything was fine with the addresses provided!) I wrote a complaint to "Australian pasts" - they replied that they had checked - everything was ok with the address and mailbox, so only the postman, who had already been warned and negotiated, was to blame! and visssssssss... but not that postman needed my letter! then vnk I want to get my congratulations back so they don't go anywhere, I'll take it to the addressee myself! how do i get my greetings back? anyone maybe have an idea? someone may have a similar situation and managed to find a solution? ps in one of those help broadcasts to the nation told others with such problems! so that means the letters disappear in bulk! how is this allowed?
